If an article does not suit you, you can return it within the legal period. Excluded from the return are custom-made products, engraved objects and special articles where this is noted in the description. You can find more information in the category "General Terms and Conditions".

When returning unused goods in original packaging, please enclose the original invoice. If you wish to exchange the item for another size, a voucher or similar, please indicate this when returning the item.

In accordance with the legal regulations, the consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods if the entrepreneur has informed the consumer of this obligation in accordance with Article 246a § 1 paragraph 2 sentence 1 number 2 of the Introductory Act to the Civil Code.

We would like to point out that Koko von Knebel does not take over fees or other costs, which arise with the payment. This concerns in particular payments from abroad.

All prices are quoted in Euro and include the currently legally valid VAT rate, unless otherwise stated. Invoices are always issued in Euro.

For all articles exported to countries outside the European Union, the respective value added tax will be deducted. The value added tax is between 7% and 19% depending on the article.

All articles delivered to delivery addresses outside the European Union must be cleared by the recipient himself. The recipient must also pay any taxes and fees.

Koko von Knebel cannot be held liable and recommends that customers inform themselves about local fees before ordering. Koko von Knebel can also not be held liable if local customs officials decide to detain the goods.
